Rising Health studio is yet to land a permanent group class, have something in mind you would like to see on our schedule? Please get in touch. Todd has extensive experience in leading and facilitating group fitness classes for all ages, builds and demographics. His expertise in group classes that you might like to take on as a group PT or eventually see on the schedule include;

Boxing fundamentals and fitness classes, HIIT High Intensity Interval Training, Run clubs and run technique, Weight lifting, Bootcamps.

 

Group PT! We don’t have what your looking for on the schedule, no worries, rally some friends and co ordinate a weekly session for just you and your friends for affordable, fun fitness training.
